What exactly is included in a subscription?
You receive unlimited access to the course that you purchased.
Can I change courses after I purchase?
Yes. You can change courses at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “change course” link. There is no charge for changing courses, and there is no limit to the number of times you can change courses.
Can I change from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription after I purchase?
Yes. To upgrade from monthly to yearly, sign in to your MathHelp.com account, select the “My Subscription” link, and select the “Upgrade to Yearly” link. (You will be refunded the amount you paid for the first month of your monthly subscription, and you will be charged the cost of a yearly subscription.)
Can I add a second user to my subscription?
Yes, and there’s no additional charge! After signing up, simply email us with a) the first and last name of the second user, b) the course that the second user will be using, and c) a different email address for the second user than the one you used for the first user.
Can I add a third user to my subscription?
No. If you would like to add a third (and fourth) user, you would need to purchase another subscription.
Are grades and progress recorded?
Yes. We offer a grade management system and the ability to track progress in detail.
Is my credit card information going to be kept safe?
Yes. MathHelp.com is a secure website, so signing up with a credit card is safe. To protect the privacy of our customers, all information you enter is encrypted.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you accept any form of payment other than credit card?
How do I update my credit card information?
To update your credit card information, sign in to your MathHelp.com account, select the “My Subscription” link, and select the “Update Card” link.
If I don't live in the U.S., can I purchase a subscription?
Of course! MathHelp.com is not limited to users in the U.S. We have users from all around the world. You can sign up directly on our website and make payment with your credit card. Our prices are in U.S. dollars, so your credit card company will convert the funds on your statement to your local currency, based on the exchange rate at that time.

It's not letting me login to my account. What do I do?
It’s possible that the username you’re using is incorrect. Your username will be the email address you used when signing up for the program (if you signed up after March of 2018). It’s also possible that the password you’re using is incorrect. Try selecting the “forgot password?” link next to the password entry field. We’ll immediately send you an email with a new password.
I selected the “forgot password” link, but nothing happened. How do I get a new password?
If you select the “forgot password” link, we will immediately send the new password to the email address that matches your username. MAKE SURE YOU ENTERED YOUR USERNAME CORRECTLY BEFORE SELECTING THE “FORGOT PASSWORD” LINK. YOUR USERNAME IS THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USED WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE ACCOUNT. (For subscribers before April of 2018, your username may not be an email address. If this is the case, we will send an email to the email address that you used when signing up for the account.) If you don’t receive the email, check your junk mail folder. If you can’t find the email in either of those places, simply contact support and we’ll provide you with a new password.
How do I change courses?
Simply login, then select the “Change Course” link that’s next to the name of your course.
I tried changing courses and I just see a spinner that won’t stop. What should I do?
It’s likely the speed of your Internet connection. Even on a fast connection, it can take a little time to process the course change. Try waiting a bit longer for the course to change. If that doesn’t work, go to a faster Internet connection or try again later. If you’re still unable to change your course, simply contact support and let us know which course you want to change it to and we will change the course for you.
If I change courses, then change back, will my grades still be there?
Yes. You can change back-and-forth between courses as much as you want, and your grades will always be preserved.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. Simply sign in to your MathHelp.com account, select the “My Subscription” link, and select the “CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION” link.
How do I know that my subscription has been canceled?
Simply sign in to your MathHelp.com account and select the “My Subscription” link. If you have canceled your subscription, the “CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION” link will no longer be visible.
If I cancel my subscription, will I have access until the end of my billing period?
Yes. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription on November 10th, then canceled on November 11th, you will have access to the program until December 9th.
If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a pro-rated credit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods. You may cancel your MathHelp.com subscription at any time. Once you have canceled your subscription, your credit card will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the program until the current billing period ends.
I logged into my account, but my course is no longer on the start-up page, and when I try to navigate to my course, it says I don’t have access. How do I access my course?
If you’ve used your course successfully in the past, but now you can’t access it, it’s likely that your credit card didn’t process your renewal payment successfully. To resolve the issue, login, go to “My subscription,” and select “Update Credit Card.”
I don’t see my test grades anymore. How do I fix this?
If you don’t see your test grades, it’s possible that you aren’t logged in. Make sure you first login, THEN access your course.
Can I export or print my grades and progress?
Yes. Simply sign in to your MathHelp.com account, select the “My Grade Reports” link, select your course in the menu that appears, and select the export or print icon next to the name of your course.
