If you score above a 1160 on the SAT, you’ll have a great chance of being accepted at New Mexico Military Institute. If you score below a 900, you’ll have more difficulty getting in.
New Mexico Military Institute has an acceptance rate of 41%, so it’s relatively hard to get into the school. Be sure to prepare well for the SAT so that you can get a good score and give yourself the best possible chance of gaining admission.
New Mexico Military Institute does not have a preference between the SAT and the ACT, so you can take either test. Whichever test you choose to take, it’s a good idea to reserve some time to study for the challenging math sections.
For the most current information on New Mexico Military Institute GPA requirements, check the admissions page on their website. It’s important to understand, however, that an acceptable GPA doesn’t guarantee your admission. To maximize your chances for acceptance, you’ll want a solid SAT score as part of your application as well.
