It’s possible that the username you’re using is incorrect. Your username will be the email address you used when signing up for the program (if you signed up after March of 2018). It’s also possible that the password you’re using is incorrect. Try selecting the “forgot password?” link next to the password entry field. We’ll immediately send you an email with a new password.

If that doesn’t work, go to a faster Internet connection or try again later. If you’re still unable to change your course, simply contact support and let us know which course you want to change it to and we will change the course for you.

Yes. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription on November 10th, then canceled on November 11th, you will have access to the program until December 9th.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods. You may cancel your MathHelp.com subscription at any time. Once you have canceled your subscription, your credit card will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the program until the current billing period ends.
If you’ve used your course successfully in the past, but now you can’t access it, it’s likely that your credit card didn’t process your renewal payment successfully. To resolve the issue, login, go to “My subscription,” and select “Update Credit Card.”
If you don’t see your test grades, it’s possible that you aren’t logged in. Make sure you first login, THEN access your course.
Yes. Simply sign in to your MathHelp.com account, select the “My Grade Reports” link, select your course in the menu that appears, and select the export or print icon next to the name of your course.
