I passed the math part on the TExES core teacher certification test. Which is amazing since the first time I took it I did really bad before I used math help. I was told about y’all from one of my coworkers. She used y'all as well. Thanks so much! Great program.Lauren Ottwell - May 2025
This was very helpful for the TEXES Core 4-8.Rhonda Young - November 2024
I passed the 4-8 core math test. Your site was very helpful because of the step by step videos and work shown for each problem. I also used Study.com and did not like it as much because they do not explain how to work the problem as well. I also used Kahn Academy but you have to figure out all the things you need to learn because they do not have a specific program for 4-8 Texas math.Debbie Watson - July 2023
The TExES Core Subjects 4–8 (211) exam is designed to assess whether an examinee has the requisite knowledge and skills that an entry-level educator in this field in Texas public schools must possess. The 200 selected-response questions are based on the Core Subjects 4–8 exam framework.
The exam is structured with four Subject Exams: English Language Arts and Reading (806), Mathematics (807), Social Studies (808), and Science (809).
If, upon completion of an entire Core Subjects 4–8 (211) exam, you do not pass one or more of the Subject Exams, you are eligible to retake a single Subject Exam if you passed all of the other Subject Exams, or the overall exam if you did not pass two or more Subject Exams. Each testing session counts as an attempt for the Core Subjects 4–8 (211) exam, whether the overall exam or an individual Subject Exam (i.e., 806–809) is attempted.
